Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Working in the construction sector you will be responsible for working with an established recruiter to provide support and learn how to recruit effectively. You will work as part of a team but also demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative. You will work with key clients to develop long term relationships. You will interaction with people on the phone and will come from a recruitment or telesales background. You will demonstrate an excellent track record in sales. Full training and ongoing support will be given in all aspects of the business. You will be responsible for candidate generation and full service delivery. The environment is fun but productive with a fantastic opportunity to earn money. There is an excellent opportunity for progression as well as high earning potential. As the company expend there will be opportunities to develop. You will receive a lot of autonomy in your role and as such should demonstrate the ability to work in a targeted environment.
