Trainee Recruitment Consultant - IT - London

The Role

Your role will be to work alongside established consultants and learn all parts of the recruitment process. This will cover the candidate and client side of the business. You will receive excellent ongoing training as well as a comprehensive induction course. Initially you will work with the candidates to learn the industry and identify suitable candidates for live vacancies. As you progress you will work with the clients and complete the full cycle of recruitment. You will take responsibility for assessing and replying to all incoming CV’s, booking candidate interviews and assessing initial applications and also maintaining accurate records on the database.

What they are looking for

They are looking for candidates with experience within in sales, ideally B2B however they would look at someone with door canvassing sales experience. They are looking for motivated and driven consultants that have a genuine interest in working within the recruitment sector. To succeed you will need to be self motivated and able to work as part of a fast paced team. Ideally you will have an interest in technology.

A basic salary of 18K with commission (with a realistic 1st year OTE of 45K) is offered for this role. A fantastic brand name to work with combined with structured training and also they have a good structure for promotion that is mapped out for you.
