You will have already gained a minimum of 9 months experience within recruitment and from your current position will be seeking an employer with a more mature outlook in relation to the commercial opportunities that exist within the business and the way they are executed, i.e. a far less KPI driven environment is but one example. As an experienced recruiter you will understand what is expected of you to achieve the level of success you are looking for, you will simply be looking for the right environment to attain that. This will not compromise any short term or on going training needs. My client is one of the industries true innovators in this respect. Operating within a niche market and indeed having identified and developed many of their key revenue streams they have taken the lead within this sector and are in growth mode, with plans to move to bigger premises so as to accommodate the existing growth in the business.
