Finance Temporaries Recruitment Consultant

As the emphasis within the financial services market shifted from a constant reliance on permanent employees to that which allowed temporary and contract workers to cover key positions their Temporaries division flourished. They are now at the forefront of temporaries recruitment within financial services recruiting at all levels and within the key disciplines of Investment Management, Banking Operations, Finance, Insurance and Secretarial & Office Support.
This established team works at a fast pace within a challenging and very competitive market. Existing team members have extensive experience of the Finance & Accountancy market place and of Temporaries recruitment and manage an exciting portfolio of PSL driven relationships and newly developed business. On joining this team, key responsibilities for a consultant would include:
• Development of new relationships within the Investment Banking and Financial Service markets
• Maintenance of existing PSL driven relationships through exceptional client servicing
• Generation of candidates at all levels within the Finance & Accountancy market
• Writing and placing adverts on a variety of specialist and generic websites
• Candidate management with a focus on achieving exclusive candidate relationships
• Interviewing all candidates at registration stage.
• Effective organisation of the temporaries recruitment process including management reporting both internally and externally
• Consistent delivery against operational and financial targets
• Effective maintenance of records on in-house recruitment database
Working within the temporaries market calls for tenacity, a drive to succeed and high attention to detail. These skills are paramount within this volume driven, fast paced team as are the following characteristics:
• Proven experience of recruiting temporary candidates within the Finance & Accountancy market place.
• A proactive and tenacious approach to recruitment, client and candidate management
