Working in a relatively established but expanding market, this role will require a combination of account management and business development skills in order to capitalise on existing relationships and break into new clients. Responsibilities will include:

• Development of new relationships within the Investment Banking and Financial Service markets

• Generation of candidates at all levels through proactive and innovative acquisition methods.

• Client and Candidate networking and relationship building to ensure further market penetration

• Writing and placing adverts on a variety of specialist and generic websites

• Managing candidates of all levels through the recruitment lifecycle

• Interviewing all candidates at registration stage.

• Efficiently running a recruitment desk and providing management reporting on a regular basis

• Consistent delivery against target

• Effective maintenance of records on in-house recruitment database

This role is ideally suited to an experienced recruiter who relishes the challenge of working in a niche recruitment discipline. A successful consultant will be able to demonstrate the following characteristics:

• Proven experience of recruiting within compliance or a related specialist discipline

• A proactive approach to recruitment, client and candidate management

• Self motivation and a desire to carve a niche for themselves in a competitive marketplace

• Networking skills within both the client and candidate arenas

• An ability to provide innovative recruitment solutions to a demanding client base

• A preference for a target driven environment where expectations of performance are consistently high
