Senior Recruitment Consultant – Freelance Main Contracting (Construction)

You will be responsible for running a team of consultants and within this will have the remit to train, develop and coach your team. This will consist of both structured and desk training and also coaching. Leading from the front is key and therefore excellent leadership skills will be required. This is a billing role and you will work a desk within your team. The role will entail ensuring KPI’s are met and most importantly training and developing them to their full potential. Although team leader experience is not required it IS essential you have recruitment experience within construction at a professional level.

Given this role will be as a team leader, you will be required to have a minimum of 18 months construction recruitment experience
