Senior Recruitment consultant – Construction Perms
They are looking for a Consultant with construction recruitment experience. You will have worked within the professional side of construction recruitment on either contract or perm. You will be working as part of a highly successful team that has established itself as a clear leader within the market. This is a very buoyant and lucrative market an there is a real opportunity for growth. They have a great database for both clients and candidates. You will need to have good rapport building skills, excellent networking and referral gathering techniques, strong organizational and time management abilities, and a willingness to learn. You will need to drive as this role will involve traveling to meet clients and candidates.

Working in the construction sector you will be responsible for winning, developing and maintaining business. You will work as part of a team but also demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative. You will work with key clients to develop long term relationships. You will enjoy business development and networking. You will demonstrate an excellent track record in both service and delivery. Full training and ongoing support will be given in all aspects of the business. You will be responsible for candidate generation and full service delivery. The environment is fun but productive with a fantastic opportunity to earn money. There are excellent opportunities for progression as the company expands. You will receive a lot of autonomy in your role and as such should demonstrate the ability to work in a targeted environment. They are not driven by KPI’s and have a mature approach to the business.
What they are offering
A basic salary of circa 30K + car + full benefits. They provide all the training and support that you will need and you can expect to bill upwards of £150,000 in their first year. They offer a good basic salary, excellent commission (up to 30% of GP), quarterly bonuses, car allowance, pension, holiday, and team incentives (such as weekends in South of France or weekends skiing)
