Senior Consultant - Trades and Labour Kent

Position / Role

Recruitment Consultant – Trades and Labour (Construction).

This is a new desk within a very established office. They have vast experience in trades and labour and are now looking for additional team members in their Maidstone office.

Working within construction, you will focus on a range of clients from sub contractors to main contractors supplying trades and labour to include chippies, bricklayers and general labourers. You will be responsible for meeting clients on site and developing the candidate network.

What they are looking for

You will be an experienced temps recruiter with experience ideally in construction but not essential. Working in the construction sector you will be responsible for winning, developing and maintaining business. Responsible for the full recruitment cycle you will nurture and develop your own clients. You will be responsible for candidate generation and be responsible for designing and implementing candidate campaigns. This will involve site meetings (on building sites) and therefore you will not be a consultant that likes to sit behind a desk all day. A percentage of your time you will be out the office meeting clients and candidates. You will be a good at networking and have good understanding of how job boards work.

What they are offering

They are offering a good package with a basic of 23K. They have a good commission scheme with realistic earnings at 50K for 1st year. Full training will be given in all areas of the business leading to excellent personal development. With their expansion, they can offer great career opportunities.
