Lead Consultant / Branch Manager – FM

Working within FM (predominately in London), you will manage a team of 7 consultants that covers blue and white collar, temp, perm and contract recruitment. You will be responsible for all aspects of management from the hiring of new staff to coaching and developing trainees and senior consultants. This will cover both structured training and also day to day desk coaching. Responsible for implementing systems and procedures in order to increase and develop the business will be your remit. People development is a crucial part of this role and you will need to demonstrate a track record in managing and developing teams. You will be responsible for appraisals and disciplinary issues. The role will also involve winning key business through your team and achieving company targets. Overall you will be a leader with the ability to win business individually and through your team.

They are looking for an experienced team leader / lead consultant or manager with a proven track record in both billing and also guiding other consultants. They are looking for a manger / team leader with experience within technical recruitment from construction, engineering or similar sectors. You will lead from the front and inspire your team. They are looking for a good motivator as well as not being afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved. You will be proactive and be able to forecast and plan ahead. You will be looking to make a career step and want to develop further through the company. This will be a move that will give you a lot of autonomy in the role.
