Business Development Manager - (IT) South East

The Role

Working across their network of offices, you will be responsible for developing the IT division. You will work with the other BDM’s that are responsible for the Engineering and Construction Divisions. This will involve building teams and team leaders in each of the locations. You will be responsible for working with consultants to train, coach and develop them in all aspects of recruitment. You will also be responsible for winning business for your division and developing key relationships with clients. This role will cover all aspects of management including hiring of new staff, training, desk coaching and disciplinary action. You will attend meetings as part of the senior management team and review performance and look at strategies to constantly move the business forward.

You will have a wealth of knowledge within the IT sector having experienced recruitment a various levels. You will have a proven track record in managing on a multi site basis. Exposure to both the sales and operational side of the business is an advantage. You will posses a solid work history with tangible proof of success. You will have a genuine desire to develop your career through teams of people.

What they are offering

A basic of circa 45K + car + commission with OTE 75K. A lot of autonomy to build your division and have input into the company strategy.
