Business Development Manager - International Recruitment
My Client, situated in West London, is responsible for assisting in excess of 1000 candidates a year in finding career opportunities across Africa, Asia and Russia. Their highly experienced team has extensive knowledge of the international recruitment market and over 12 years of experience in delivering tailored recruitment solutions to multinationals and leading domestic companies. Working primarily within developing markets their growth rate has been phenomenal over the last 3 years and to support their continued growth the following opportunity has arisen
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Business Development Manager will be an integral part of the Consulting Division and will be responsible for the following:
- Develop prospects into clients, selling the full service portfolio.
- Maintain a large corporate prospect and client base across the world.
- Substantial revenue growth across the client portfolio - meets and exceeds all revenue targets.
- Grow a loyalty-base (repeat sales).
- Work with Account Managers to develop each Key Account.
- Contribute actively to developing and delivering the sales strategy.
- Support Account Managers and Resourcing teams with assignments where necessary.
- Support Attraction Team at presentations throughout Europe and US.
- Work closely with Marketing Team to promote GCC brand amongst prospect and client base.
- Monitor competitor activity and follow up on lead-generation processes.
Person Specification
Degree qualified with demonstrated sales experience, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to demonstrate a track record in revenue generation. Experience in recruitment and consulting is preferred. Fluency in English is a pre-requisite, with an additional language being beneficial, preferably French, Portuguese, Mandarin, Russian or Arabic.
