The Role

You will be responsible for building a business from the beginning allowing you to put your name to this from the start. There is an extensive database of both candidates and clients to utilise and this will ensure fast growth. You will be responsible for building a team around you and recruit high quality consultants to assist in the growth. You will not be afraid to be hands on although the role will move to non billing very quickly (driven by growth). You will have managerial responsibility and this will cover all areas from recruitment to disciplinary procedures. With the directors, you will be responsible for both planning and implementation of strategy for the business. Focussing within a niche sector of commercial you will have a lot of autonomy. Working with the brand and established database you will not be restricted in growth. The role will start in one location but quickly evolve to encompass multi locations across London and the South East.

What they are looking for

They are looking for manager / branch manager with extensive experience within either the commercial, HR, or similar recruitment sectors. You will have excellent leadership skills combined with being a good strategist. A key part of the role will be to develop consultants and build teams and therefore you will need to demonstrate a track record in doing this successfully. You will also, as mentioned not be afraid to be hands on. This is a very sales focused role as this is a re launch. The ability to build relationships will be imperative in this role. They are looking for a driven individual that wants to build a business.
