The Role – Regional Manager

Responsible for a geographical location, you will cover temporary and permanent recruitment within the industrial sector. You will be responsible for initially 4 offices although this will rise as the division grows through your success. You will be responsible for all aspects of management from the hiring of new staff to coaching and developing trainees and managers. This will cover both structured training and also day to day desk coaching. You will be responsible for leading a management team and constantly improving systems and procedures in order to increase GP. People development is a crucial part of this role and you will need to demonstrate a track record in growing and developing teams. You will also have been responsible for management of multiple locations previously. This role is all about quality of leadership and the necessary traits associated with this.

What they are looking for

They are looking for a manager with previous regional management experience within industrial recruitment. A candidate that can lead a management team and have a hands on approach where necessary. They want a good strategist and a great team player that can work as part of a senior management team. You will be responsible for the full management of the offices including a management team.
