The Role – Regional Manager (5 Branches)

Responsible for 5 offices covering both contract and permanent recruitment, you will be responsible for all aspects of management from the hiring of new staff to coaching and developing trainees and senior consultants. This will cover both structured training and also day to day desk coaching. You will be responsible for leading a management team and constantly improving systems and procedures in order to increase GP. People development is a crucial part of this role and you will need to demonstrate a track record in growing and developing teams. You will also have been responsible for management of multiple locations previously. This role is all about quality of leadership and the necessary traits associated with this. The team is a mix of consultants focused on contract and perm working on a range of disciplines such as commercial and industrial. The role will also involve winning key business through your team.
