Who are REC4 RE-EMPLOYMENT?

REC4 RE-EMPLOYMENT are national providers of 1-2-1 Outplacement, Career Transition and Jobsearch Support. Our focus is on delivering a highly bespoke and effective service, harnessing our experience from within the Recruitment Industry in a pragmatic and insightful manner to all participants.

Who are Rec4?

REC4 have formed a major part of the Department of Work & Pensions' response to the current economic downturn. We currently provide Jobcentre Plus Centres' throughout London & the South-East with Job Search Support for Newly Unemployed Professionals & Executives.

In the first nine months of this provision we have successfully assisted over 1000 participants, leading to REC4 becoming one of only a handful of DWP accredited providers of this service.

Our Experience

Collectively, the REC4 Consultants engaged with the delivery of this service possess in excess of 100 years worth of HR, recruitment and redundancy coaching experience with no individual Consultant having worked in the sector for less than 10 years.

The Core Team

Sean Mckeon founded REC4 in 2005 as a vehicle to best channel his diverse industry experience within employment including Events, Distribution, Education, Finance, Banking & Accountancy.

Having worked with industry leaders such as Michael Page and Banking specialists, Joslin Rowe, his extensive contacts helped him quickly established REC4 within the highly competitive employment market.

Colin Duncan has worked for some of the leading brands within the Recruitment Industry, Colin has spent the last 7 years running his own freelance Search/Resourcing Company working with FTSE 100 companies, primarily within the Finance arena. His 12 years experience has been invaluable to REC4 in delivering the jobsearch support service to Jobcentre Plus throughout Central & Greater London.

Robert Lee has worked for over 20 years in the Career Coaching and HR consultancy field with clients including HSBC, Visit Britain, Halton Housing, HMRC, DWP, BAe, Zurich, Havering Council, BA, Ofsted, the Defence Academy, Welsh Development Agency and the Home Office

Juliette Maguire has a background originally emanating from IT, Juliette established her own Recruitment Company 13 years ago following redundancy. Since then she has worked with many leading blue chip companies throughout the UK and has been instrumental in REC4's delivery to Jobcentre Plus clients throughout North London & Herts.

The key feature of our jobsearch support is that we focus only on those issues that will directly maximise the partcipants likelihood of success in the job market: the benefit of this is that the service is no-frills, pragmatic and excellent value for money. effective and cost-effective to employers.

Support Services

We prefer to meet each person referred to us by either an employer or directly on a one to one basis ensuring a personal and bespoke service tailored around the needs of every individual.

The number of individual coaching sessions or group workshops will depend on the participants real needs. We do not pre-prescribe any of our solutions, so our service can be responsive, effective and cost-effective to employers.

Having completed your coaching with one of our Consultants, we will issue you with a log-in code to access our database specifically for REC4 RE-EMPLOYMENT customers with lots of useful links and job search related info as well as a forum for participants to feedback their thoughts and experiences.

During your one to one consultation we will review your current jobsearch strategy in a holistic manner and look to identify means by which you can strengthen your position and/or speed up the return to work process.
