Recruitment Consultant – Trades and Labour (Construction)

Working within construction, you will focus on a range of clients from sub contractors to main contractors supplying trades and labour to include chippies, bricklayers and general labourers. You will work across the Glasgow area responsible for meeting clients on site and further developing the candidate network.

What they are looking for

They are looking for a consultant with experience in construction recruitment. Working in the construction sector you will be responsible for winning, developing and maintaining business. Responsible for the full recruitment cycle you will nurture and develop your own clients. You will be responsible for candidate generation and be responsible for designing and implementing candidate campaigns. This will involve site meetings (on building sites) and therefore you will not be a consultant that likes to sit behind a desk.A percentage of your time you will be out the office meeting clients and candidates. You will be a good at networking and have good understanding of how job boards work.

What they are offering

They are offering a good package with a basic around 28K. They have a good commission scheme with realistic earnings at 50K for 1st year.
