Recruitment Consultant – Labourhire/ Trades
Due to their strength in depth and 20 years of recruitment experience, this company is looking to further enhance their existing Divisions. They are expanding on the strength of their service delivery, database and Client demand by opening new sectors as well as consolidating established ones.
Nothing new - this is a straight forward recruitment role where you will be responsible for your own desk and market sector.
As such you will manage all aspects of your own business development, candidate generation and looking after those key accounts that your build up over time. That is not to say you won’t benefit from established contacts and ongoing requirements and relationships. But as with all such roles the more you are able to manage your time calling your clients, managing your adverts and controlling your candidates the more revenue you will produce.
In order to thrive in this environment you will need to be a driven individual that is happy to specialise and make the desk their own. You will be willing to learn “recruitment best practice” and continue to develop excellent recruitment skills – but you will add these to your own skills as opposed to have to learn them all from scratch. In order to do this effectively you will have to demonstrate that you are both committed and passionate about developing a career in recruitment.
