Recruitment Consultant – Engineering – Southampton

To progress in this role you will understand the complete recruitment process inside and out. You will enjoy a lot of autonomy and in return they are looking for a consultant that is looking to stamp their name on the industry.

Working within engineering, you will focus on a range of clients covering placements at a professional level. You will work across a generous geographical location and be responsible for meeting clients and further developing the candidate network. Responsible for the full recruitment cycle you will nurture and develop your own clients and at the same time be responsible for candidate generation campaigns.

This is a warm desk and a thriving market. To take advantage of this opportunity you will not be a consultant that likes to sit behind a desk – as this will involve site meetings and head office visits. You will need to be a confident networker (and have good understanding of how job boards work) so your Mailbox is full of relevant leads for when you get back to the office!
