Recruitment consultant – Engineering Perms

They are looking for an experienced Consultant (ideally engineering) to join the perms team and develop this perms desk covering vacancies for building services, engineering and potentially construction all focused on white collar perm positions. These are buoyant and lucrative markets and will grow with projects such as the Olympics. This role will involve business development of new and existing clients. You will have an excellent area to work as you will not be restricted by geographical locations.

They are looking for a very driven and enthusiastic consultant with a track record in both service and delivery within recruitment. Looking to work in a role with a lot of autonomy, you will want to develop your career and be open to learning new ways as well as utilizing your existing skills. A team and individual player with the ability to input to the business and importantly communicate at all levels both oral and written.. You will have excellent candidate skills as this is a candidate driven sector and therefore have excellent networking and job board abilities.

What they are offering

A basic salary £25K + a commission scheme of 40% + full benefits. They provide all the training and support that you will need. They also offer an environment which is fun but focused. This sector really offers excellent opportunities.
