Role / Position

Recruitment consultant

To join the teams you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven sales ability within the recruitment sector – certainly no less than 6 months or so – ideally within the construction market but for the right person our client is willing to cross train from other sectors.

You will need to demonstrate;

• Good rapport building skills

• Excellent networking and referral gathering techniques

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• and a willingness to learn

Salary from 20K to £30k + car allowance + full benefits + Holiday incentives (70K OTE)
