Role / Position

Recruitment consultant – Perm Desk ( Construction / Engineering).

They are looking for an experienced Consultant (ideally construction or engineering) to join the current team and take advantage of this busy division. On offer is the opportunity to run the Construction Perm desk covering white collar vacancies for construction, building services and engineering. These are buoyant and lucrative markets and will continue to grow with projects such as the Olympics and Cross Rail.

What they are looking for

If you are anything other than one of best consultants in your office then perhaps this is not for you as the current team that you are joining is hitting targets for fun.

But if you are a driven sales consultant but perhaps feel you could do better in a new environment or you are open to learning new ways as well as utilising your existing skills then this could well be what you seek.

To progress within this role you will be a team and individual player with the ability to input to the business. You will have excellent candidate skills as this is a candidate driven sector and therefore have excellent networking and job board abilities. You will need to have good rapport building skills, excellent networking and referral gathering techniques, strong organisational and time management abilities, and a willingness to learn.

A basic salary c£24,000 + Commission + Full benefits.
