Construction Consultant (Perms) - Gatwick

The Role

You will be responsible for working with the construction team to develop a business. There are 3 teams focusing on construction, civils and consultancy. All are currently perm based although they are looking to add contract to their business. This role is a traditional recruitment role involving winning and developing relationships with both the client and candidates. This is a very candidate driven market giving you the ability to start earning commission very quickly with available business. You will receive extensive training in all areas of the recruitment cycle and therefore develop a career.

What they are looking for

They are looking for consultants with recruitment experience (sector not important) within temporary or permanent placements. You will be able to communicate at all levels in a professional manor both written and oral. You will be determined to succeed within recruitment and be looking for a challenge.

What they are offering

A basic of 30K with car / car allowance and good commission scheme with OTE of 55K + 1st year. This is a mixture of a team bonus and individual.
