Senior Recruitment Consultant – FM Maintenance

This is desk with existing business with great opportunity to expand. They have vast experience in this area and now want to capitalize on available business. Working within construction, you will focus on a range of clients within FM and also maintenance and building companies. You will be responsible for meeting clients to build relationships and develop business. This is a traditional recruitment role where you will be responsible for winning clients and candidates within a competitive market.

What they are looking for

They are looking to add to their team and require an experienced recruiter. Ideally you will have previously worked within recruitment in FM / Maintenance although they will consider candidates from other areas of construction recruitment. You will be responsible for candidate generation and designing and implementing candidate campaigns. This role will involve site meetings (on sites) and therefore you will not be a consultant that likes to sit behind a desk all day. They are looking for a consultant that is driven, motivated and looking for development in their career.
