Recruitment Consultant – IT / Telecoms

This is an established team within an established company and therefore you will benefit from a developed database with existing relationships. They have excellent relationships with clients enabling you to build business from day one. This is a traditional recruitment role where you will be responsible to win, maintain and develop clients as well as ensuring a good candidate flow. Client development is a key part of the business and you will have the ability to move clients to the next level.

What they are looking for

They are looking for an experienced consultant ideally within IT / Telco although experience in high level recruitment will be considered. You will be well versed in candidate management and be able to designing and implementing candidate campaigns. You will be a good at networking and have good understanding of how job boards work. As mentioned, development of clients is key and you will ideally have a record in moving clients from ad-hoc usage to key client / PSL status. You will be graduate caliber with the ability to communicate at the highest level, a professional consultant looking to drive your career forward.
