The Role

Recruitment Consultant – FS

As this is a relatively new desk, it will involve business development and client generation. It is a traditional recruitment position involving, winning, maintaining and developing business. You will focus on financial services and be given the resource required to build a business. There will be the opportunity to have a lot of autonomy in the role and also potential for the right candidate to develop a team. My client is open to the level you have worked and this can be either temps or perm.

What they are looking for

They are looking for a consultant with at least 12 months recruitment experience within the FS sector. This is a must as you will be part of building the business. You will be dynamic, driven and will not be afraid to pick up the phone and enjoy business development as this is a key part of the role.

A basic salary of circa 25K with the opportunity to earn a good OTE . They have a fantastic brand name to work with and offer excellent training and development to all their consultants. Good offices, with the chance to develop and move through the group. This is an excellent opportunity
