The Position

Running a Perm desk you will be working Perm vacancies primarily ranging from Junior to Mid Management level (£25k - £45k) with some opportunity to work higher level positions as well (Up to £75/£80k). The primary focus is within Property and FM, though there is also a healthy mix of business from other local Blue chip companies.

What they are looking for

You will need to have at least twelve months experience within Recruitment and be looking for an opportunity to work within a more mature environment with a strong emphasis on team work. You need to display both a desire to progress and strong communication skills to deal with the varied and prestigious client base
