Financial Recruitment Consultant – City of London

The Company

Our client is a well established Finance/Banking Recruiter based in the square mile and, despite the current headline news, are experiencing sustained growth and have just had a record quarter. They, like many other Finance recruiters we are working with, have a diverse spread of business throughout the Finance sector incorporating Banking, Accountancy and many other niche areas within which they forecast strong performance over the coming 12-18 months

The Position

There are two (Perm) desks which both have a mix of hot, warm and semi-developed clients. They have annual billings of £200k and £300k respectively. There will be an on-going need to business develop, as one would expect, and candidate management skills need to highly tuned as these markets are still predominantly candidate led.

What they are looking for

You will need to posses at least a year’s recruitment experience and whilst City experience would be advantageous, what is most significant is your proven ability to work successfully with professional services companies. The company has a strong team ethic so needless to say you will need to share that value as well
