My client, established in 1982 to provide a quality recruitment service to the financial services industry quickly became widely acknowledged as a reliable and trusted name in the industry. Their Banking operations team represents one of the most successful parts of their business. In the last year alone, they have surpassed their best ever quarters twice as growth in business has remained as consistent as their high service levels. With un-abating demand, the team now has scope for two more consultants to join them. You will be managing a client portfolio incorporating key blue chip clients where an account management style of relationship is required, coupled with a spread of established repeat business clients of medium to large statute. In addition there will be easily identifiable clients with historic and dormant relationships where future development is ripe. All and all this amounts to fantastic opportunity to either enter the financial services recruitment market for the first time or fast rack your existing career within financial recruitment with an opportunity to hit the ground running in terms of ability to bill and progress. The commission scheme operates on an individual and team basis fostering an atmosphere within the office where a healthy balance is struck between a determined work ethic and an enjoyable camaraderie. You will need to posses 12 months temporary recruitment experience, and whilst banking recruitment experience would be advantageous, it is by no means a pre-requisite.
