Accountancy Finance Recruitment Consultant (Commerce & Industry), City of London

Description of duties:

Promoting the services of both the company and yourself to clients, initially by telephone and then by way of a formal meeting.

Forging long-term relationships and partnerships resulting in repeat business.

Interviewing candidates, either on a general basis or with a specific assignment in mind.

Presentation of suitable candidates to clients by way of detailed CVs and/or assessments.

Ensuring necessary arrangements such as interview times, dates, job descriptions etc. are in place and communicated to all relevant parties.

Providing a professional and consultative service based on your market and business awareness.

Being part of a team focusing on the issues of business development, effective communication, solutions, advice and proactively maximising commercial performance.
