Recruitment Consultant - Insurance & Investment Management- Sutton, Surrey

This is a great opportunity to work alongside one of the Finance Sectors most successful consultants with over 15 years of industry experience under their belt and a ready made client base for a consultant to step in and develop to its' full potential. You will be focussing on Perm/Contract placements, largely between ￡20 - ￡40k. £ is a highly candidate led market place. Average billing in £ area currently stands at ￡20-￡30k per month. Combine £ with an uncapped commission structure paying up to 40% and a ￡5k threshold you can see that reaching the projected OTE's is NOT 'pie in the sky'. You will need to be a self starter with a pro-active approach to the business.
