Account Manager - Construction - West Sussex

Role / Position - Account Manager.

You will be responsible for account management for some key clients. This will involve client management, candidate generation and overall excellent relationship skills. You will need to have good rapport building skills, excellent networking and referral gathering techniques, strong organizational and time management abilities. This role is multi faceted and therefore you will be able to cope under pressure.

They are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant that has worked within the construction sector preferably white collar. They are looking for an account manager that can work autonomously but also as a key team member. You will be very articulate and be able to communicate at all levels both oral and written communication. You will be driven and looking to develop your career. You will have an excellent track record in delivery to clients and whilst this is not a sales role there will always be an element of selling to key clients to increase market share and offer additional services..

A basic salary of 25K + car allowance + full benefits.
