Recruitment Manager – Property/FM

The Position

Managing a team of four perm and three temp consultants you will be a billing Manager running a Perm desk. You will be reporting direct to the Managing Director of the business and can expect to work in an autonomous capacity within this two branch business. You will be responsible for staff management on a day to day basis and take charge of KPI setting and monitoring.

What they are looking for

Ideally you will have managed and/or team lead both perm and temp consultants. This role would be ideal for a Senior Consultant who is looking for the next step up in their career. Sector experience would be advantageous but by no means a pre-requisite
