Team Manager - Construction / Engineering - West Sussex

They are looking for a team leader to build a new team within construction. You will be now be looking for a new challenge.

My client requires a strong leader to take responsibility for recruiting, training and managing a new team whilst maintaining personal targets. This role requires someone with a track record of Team Leading ideally in the Construction sector (although they would consider people from other industries.) You and your team will supply "white collar" commercial and site production staff on both a contract and permanent basis to the top 250 Main Contractors in the UK.

You will enjoy business development and networking and be able to lead a team from the front. With the ability to demonstrate an excellent track record as a team leader and the ability to coach and develop a team around you. Responsible for recruiting new team members and growing a team, you will take charge of all areas of management including targets, appraisals and disciplinary procedures. Excellent motivational skills are required. Full training and ongoing support will be given in all aspects of the business.

The environment is fun but productive with a fantastic opportunity for progression as well as high earning potential. You will receive a lot of autonomy in your role and as such should demonstrate the ability to work in a targeted environment. They are not driven by KPI’s and have a mature approach to the business. This is an excellent opportunity. Your 1st years OTE will be 75K.
