The Role – Branch Manager

Responsible for this branch, you will cover both temp and permanent commercial recruitment. You will be responsible for all aspects of management from the hiring of new staff to coaching and developing trainees and senior consultants. This will cover both structured training and also day to day desk coaching. You will be responsible for leading a team (currently 5). You will look to constantly improve systems and procedures in order to increase GP. People development is a crucial part of this role and you will need to demonstrate a track record in managing and developing teams. You will be responsible for hiring staff, to appraisals and disciplinary issues. The role will also involve winning key business through your team and achieving company targets. Overall you will be a leader with the ability to win business individually and through your team.

They are looking for a manager with previous branch management experience within commercial recruitment. They are looking for a proven pro active branch manager that has the desire to succeed. Sales is a key part of this role and therefore you will enjoy client development and in particular training on sales. They would like a manager with a hands on approach.. This role is all about leading from the front. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate an excellent track record with clients, candidates and building and management of a team.
