Team Manager (16 Consultants)

This is a hands on self billing role, responsible for 16 consultants covering both contract and permanent recruitment. You will be responsible for all aspects of management from the hiring of new staff to coaching and developing trainees and senior consultants. This will cover both structured training and also day to day desk coaching. People development is a crucial part of this role and you will need to demonstrate a track record in growing and developing teams within IT. This role is all about quality of leadership and the necessary traits associated with this. The team is a mix of consultants focused on contract and perm working on a range of disciplines such as SAP, project managers and analysts. The role will also involve winning key business individually and through your team.

You will have management IT recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to develop teams as well as building business. You will have won business within IT both on an individual basis and also with your consultants. Impressive leadership ability is paramount for this role. You will be driven to succeed and looking for a challenging yet very rewarding role.
