Contingency Recruitment Business Manager - Senior Management & Professional Services - City of London
You will be seeking an opportunity to not only further manage and develop teams but more importantly to lead and implement the strategic business plan and take an equity stake in the business. My client, already a established Search & Selection recruiters are looking to offer the opportunity for an entrepreneurial Regional/Divisional Manager from within the contingency sector. You will 'hit the floor running' working with many of the business' existing clients and build a team/division that can mirror their search services to both existing clientele and equally cross sell search services in to new contingency clients. You will be charged with formulating the basics of a business plan based around the framework of the companies existing clients and resources with projections for growth and timescales. You will need to take a 'hands-on' approach hence those who feel generating billing themselves is beyond them need not apply. Lastly, you will need to have worked within professional services and/or blue chip clientele at a senior level. International exposure would be advantageous.
