Sean Mckeon

With over 20 years of Recruitment experience, Sean’s career started out Account Managing one of the highest profile temp contracts in the country at (the old) Wembley Stadium, responsible for the supply of up to 1000 staff a week involved in the running of events throughout the complex. After 7 years in the Events business his career turned to the more mainstream recruitment environment managing a Driving Agency for two years before moving in to the City of London to work within the Financial Sector. During his ten years in the Finance Sector he enjoyed success with two of the leading brands, running teams within Commerce & Industry and the Investment Banking sectors. Sean founded Rec4 in 2005 with the belief that the rec2rec sector would be the ultimate benefactors of the breadth & depth of his experience to date 

Chris Parkes

- Technical, Construction & Engineering Recruitment Sectors

Chris has 10 years experience within the Recruitment industry. He started his career in ‘97 with Hays where he stayed for over 6 years working across a number of various divisions and finally rising to the level of National Sales Manager within their Construction sector. From there he moved to a more specialist supplier within a niche market, working as a Business Manager within the Technical sector. In addition Chris has set up, ran and developed a large temp division in his most recent role as an Ops Mgr before joining Rec4 in March of ’07; Experience that has served him well, having establishing Rec4 as a key supplier within Technical, Construction and Engineering markets.

Working within a highly competitive market, REC4 Recruitment sets itself apart by offering the highest levels of integrity and service available, coupled with an unparalleled level of confidence in relation to our knowledge of the market place.

To achieve the reliability in our selection process that this kind of service dictates, we need to establish certain minimum standards throughout the recruitment process.

These include face to face interviewing of candidates, REGULAR updates on job search progress, DISCUSSING job matches BEFORE submittal of CV's, MEETING the client to discuss the job spec and DELIVERING on a final shortlist. In addition, offering a frank and HONEST appraisal of both our own ability to supply (in the case of the client), or our ability to help and/or assist (in the case of the candidate) from the outset.

None of the above are either new or radical philosophies within our industry, but sticking by them as means of a minimum expectation is comforting to those whose own experiences may have been less favorable when dealing within the R2R sector.

We recruit across most industry sectors but specialist sector knowledge exists within Accountancy, Finance, Banking, Technical, Engineering & Construction sectors. Our clients and applicants are primarily working within high -end contingency and executive search markets
