Executive Search - Researcher (Trainee Consultant) - City of London

Working for one of Europe 's leading executive search companies you will receive mentoring from board level within a role that delivers real responsibility from day one. As a researcher you will be tasked in learning head hunting techniques, name gathering, pitching, shortlist generation, making placements and ultimately, at the right time in your development, sourcing new business. You will work closely with lead consultants across a variety of assignments, maintaining regular updates, holding interviews with prospective candidates and liasing with clients. You will need to have an excellent (degree educated) academic background and language skills would be advantageous. Most importantly you will need to display the ability to quickly understand business issues, act proactively and present yourself in an articulate, intelligent and professional manner. Coupled with this you will embrace working in a collaborative environment and posses the ability to progress within a growing structure.
