Executive Search Consultant - Finance Practice

My client, a US based firm, are widely perceived as one of the leading global brands within Executive Search. Indeed within many of their practice areas they possess unequalled levels of success in relation to delivered mandates at the very highest level.

Here in the UK, one of their subsidiary brands has experienced phenomenal growth over the last two years and they now find themselves in a position where they can offer both excellent career progression and serious earning potential as they take their business to the next level.

They are currently looking to increase their Consultant headcount within their Finance Practice. They already enjoy a high profile within the Retail Banking sector and are rapidly translating that success within Investment Banking and Investment Management markets. To accommodate this growth they now need experienced Consultants with retained mandate experience who can demonstrate the ability to both pitch for campaigns at the very highest level and deliver on time.

You will be looking for an opportunity to raise your own profile, increase your earning potential and operate within a recognised brand that possess the kudos and credibility to operate at the highest level within a truly dynamic market place.

Suitable applicants will require an excellent academic background and have developed long term relationships at a Senior Management level. Displaying a professional and competent manner are equal pre-requisites.
